Shipping & Payments
You can now play with a Aylward Hurley anywhere in the world. We are more than happy to receive orders of any quantity and will ship them anywhere in the world. There are several ways to order: order at the online shop section on the main menu above, email us or call us at the workshop. Depending on the size of your order it will be processed in a matter of days. Most individual orders may take between 1-3 days for completion while large bulk orders usually have a processing time of 5-10 days before dispatch.
Orders may be reserved online for collection at our workshop shop for our local customers.
All orders received online are processed through Stripe or Paypal making every transaction as easy and secure for the customer as possible.
Shipping times are varied depending on the destination country of the parcel.
The estimated delivery for shipments within the Republic of Ireland is 7 – 10 business days. The estimated delivery for international shipments is 14 – 21 business days. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with your items within the specified time, there may be a delay on certain items. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
The price of shipping varies according to the size of order, but as a guideline hurley packs of up to two/three items usually cost:
€9.00 – Republic of Ireland
€23.00 – United Kingdom
€40.00 – Rest of the World (weight dependent)
On all large/bulk orders shipping prices become reduced due to greater weight of shipment.
All parcels shipped are fully traceable and insured, with tracking numbers sent upon request.
**Disclaimer** – Aylward Hurleys do not take responsibility for items which may be undelivered due to shipping address errors. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have completed the check out process correctly and make contact with their local postal service in their country of delivery. If an item remains uncollected for a period of time at the local post office/parcel centre then the shipped parcel will be returned to us by the local postal service and the receiver must pay an extra shipping charge to have them shipped again. This is standard procedure for all internationally shipped items.

Returns should be sent by REGISTERED POST ONLY – no responsibility will be taken for goods lost in transit.
